Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated HR and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle responsibilities with maturity.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions:

End-to-end Recruitment, Staffing, Onboarding & Induction

Attendance and Leave Management
-
Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical)

Assist department heads in day-to-day HR operations
-
Support grievance handling and policy compliance
-
Organize employee engagement activities (festivals, celebrations, etc.)
-
Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities
Admin Functions:
-
Manage office administration and respond to internal queries
-
End-to-end Vendor Management
-
Filing and documentation (physical and digital)
-
Oversee repair, maintenance, and upkeep of office infrastructure and assets
-
Ensure smooth operation of daily office needs and a positive working environment

Handle correspondence, confidential documentation, billing, and payments
-
Manage travel bookings (domestic & international) and visa processing
Requirements:

Graduate or MBA (preferred)

above 6 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin roles
-
Prior experience in FMCG or industrial setup will be an advantage

Must be responsible, mature, and capable of handling multitasking roles
