Designation: HR Executive  

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Graduate/post graduate

 Location: Okhla Phase-1, Industrial Area New Delhi


 HR Activities:

  • Recruitment, Staffing, Joining & Induction.
  • Attendance management
  • Leave Management
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc)
  • Assist to Sr. HR & Admin in day-to-day operations of the HR & admin activities
  • Employee Engagement. (Festivals & parties arrangements)
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

Admin Activities:

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Vendor Management. (End to end).
  • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
  • Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
  • Specialization in handling inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
  • Keeping day-to-day activities organized.
  • Travel desk; domestic & international tickets booking and applying for international vizas.
