The influence of the slate subsoil typical of the moselle river is unmistakable, giving this wine strong minerality and stable backbone. The aromatics are dominated by floral tones leading to a finish that is spicy and balanced. This moderately sweet riesling is brilliant with the richness of Indian curries.
