As a Public Relations (PR) Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations and communications strategies to enhance the brand image, managing communications, Brand Promotion, Media Relations, Content Creation, Event Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Market Research, Reporting and Analytics, and Budget Management promoting products in a highly regulated and competitive sector.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the brand’s reputation and visibility.
  • Organize, Plan, coordinate, and attend events, product launches, seminars, trade fairs, tasting sessions, exhibitions, and partnerships to promote the brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the beverage industry.
  • Create engaging content for press releases, blog posts, social media, pitch stories, and facilitate media coverage and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visuals and multimedia content.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and promotional activities and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Leverage events to network and build relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure all PR activities, advertisements, and promotions comply with these regulations.
  • Track the effectiveness of PR campaigns using metrics such as media coverage, social media engagement, and brand sentiment.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align PR efforts with business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR, Previous experience as Public Relations Executive (FMCG and Hospitality industry) for 2 to 5 years.
  • Postgraduate or Graduate in PR, communications, journalism, or a similar relevant field
  • A proven track record of successful PR campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Attitude in presentation and public speaking.
  • Willing to go for on-site meetings with clients
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to make media pitches
  • Creative thinking, research skills, deadline-driven, and social media savvy
