Grape variety: Chardonnay
Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Second fermentation and ageing: The second fermentation takes place at 18°C in stainless steel vats in order to ensure optimum homogenization. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out in order to achieve a more intense freshness.
Tasting Notes : A very pleasant nose with a hint of vanilla and white flowers. Fine and discreet bubbles. There are also fruitiness and freshness of Chardonnay.
